More than 3,000 people celebrated LGBT+ Pride in Croydon on Sunday 28 August 2016.The inaugural Croydon PrideFest – the first ever civically supported Pride to take place in Croydon, and the second largest Pride within the M25 – saw thousands of local people celebrating Croydon's LGBT+ communities. Around 500 people joined in the colourful parade on North End, and a few thousand came to the main festival area on Surrey Street throughout the day.
Savour the street food, love the music, get involved in the parade and have a few drinks at our licenced bars.
There's also entertainment for the kids to keep them occupied, and some wonderful vintage and craft stalls.
